Symons Valley Parkway & Evanston Way NW, Calgary
Evanston is Qualico's newest residential community. Construction
commenced in the fall of 2001 and the first show homes opened
in the Spring 2003. It is already one of Calgary's fastest
growing communities.
Evanston Towne Centre will consist of two shopping
centres, one of approximately 10 acres and the other
4 acres for a total of 136,00 sq.ft of space.
The larger site is ideally suited for a grocery
store and neighborhood retail outlets to serve the
community which is expected to reach a population
of 58,5000 to 65,000 at build-out.
Construction of the Towne Centre is expected to start in 2009.
